Does anyone have experience with zero carb approach to salicylate intolerance? I am down to no carbs except wheat and sugar.
After six months I am slowly adding back occasional veggies like celery, lettuce and sweet peas.
I found out that I am histamine reactive to poultry and fish with a lesser sensitivity to pork and least to beef.
I am in a much better place than I was eight months ago.

I do - I just ate meat for a while, maybe 8 months or so. I feared I wa deficient in nutrients such as magnesium and calcium and vitamin c, so I occasionally took those, but I believe reacting to them as well. Unfortunately, I felt very run down (no energy to exercise or even do basic everyday errands) and had terrible insomnia, so I eventually started adding starches back into my diet, and felt much better. It's probably a personal thing though - I have heard of some people who do well on zero carb.
