I don't know when this began. But it's become more noticeable since quitting tea.

I can get foggy spells and nasty headaches from sitting or standing up, and today I have a very nasty headache from preparing dinner. I also have chronic aches in my feet/ankles and hands/wrists. I suspect dehydration and an electrolyte imbalance. I am always thirsty. I don't have any diagnosis for why. I still sweat, which seems to rule out Sjogren's syndrome.

Is this a salicylate sensitivity issue?

Is there anything I can do?

I haven't been able to treat these headaches by drinking more water, and I understand it can be even more dangerous to drink too much water, but can't get any useful advice on how much is enough.

Did you go Low Oxalate? Your symptoms sound like some of what I went thru when I cut out Oxalates... When your body "dumps" oxalates you can be in pain for up to two years. I had horrid brain fog and extreme pain in different areas thru out my body. You can read more about Oxalates here. They also have a yahoo group that is extremely helpful.
