    I can't seem to find anything online regarding Jicama salicylate content. I read an anecdotal reference in this forum that it was suggested as a substitute in a recipe for tomato for those with salicylate sensitivity suggesting that it may be safe to eat.
    Does anyone here have salicylate data referencing Jicama ( Yambean)?
