Delicious Hot Cereal (Salicylate free)
Make up your favorite hot cereal (i.e. Oatmeal, Cream of Rice, Cream of Wheat – just be sure to read the ingredients and make sure they are free of preservatives, dyes, or salicylates). Add Milk (substitute with Rice Milk or Soy Milk if milk is a problem for you) and then mix in pure Maple Syrup (make sure that is pure maple syrup and not the fake stuff).
