Beth’s Meat Balls (Low in Salicylate)

1 pound ground meat of your choice

1-2 gloves garlic

1-2 Tablespoons chopped parsley

1 egg

Sea Salt

Mix all ingredients and form into small to medium size balls. Bake at 350 degrees until fully cooked.

Serve with toothpicks (make sure they aren’t flavored) for a fun appetizer.
