Easy Crock Pot Parsley Chicken (Low in Salicylates)

1 whole 3-4 lb. Chicken

¾ cup Parsley Salad Dressing (see recipe)

¼ teaspoon salt

 

Rinse and dry chicken.

Rub the chicken with salad dressing (inside and out) and sprinkle with salt.

Put the whole chicken in a crock pot or slow cooker and cover.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
