Healthy Pear and Banana Breakfast Shake (Salicylate Free)

1 large pear, peeled and cored

½ banana

8-ounce container of plain yogurt (make sure there are no added preservatives)

2 Tablespoons wheat germ

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

½ cup skim milk

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
