Nutty Pear Toast (Low in Salicylate)

Toast homemade wheat bread and spread cashew butter on top of it. Then top with fresh pear slices (make sure the pear is peeled).

Note: You can find Cashew butter in most health food stores just make sure that there are not added preservatives in it. Or you can make your own Cashew butter by pureeing cashew in a food processor.
