Green Cream Dressing (Low in Salicylate)

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup chopped chives

1 clove garlic, chopped

½ cup plain yogurt (make sure there are no preservatives in it)

2 Tablespoons low-fat milk

1 ½ teaspoons fresh lime juice

Salt to taste

 

Blend the parsley, chives, garlic, yogurt, 1 Tablespoon of the milk, and half of the lime juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Taste for seasoning and add salt and additional lime juice if needed.

If you want a thinner dressing then add the remaining milk and blend until smooth.
