Warm Cabbage and Apple Hash (Low in Salicylate)

Cabbage
Apple
Leek
Celery
Canola oil or Melted butter

Clean and slice the leek and celery in thin slices. Peel the apple and cut it and the cabbage in to small cubes or slices (whichever you prefer). Place in to a baking dish and stir in some oil or melted butter. Bake at about 350 degrees F until the mixture starts to brown and caramelize. Enjoy!PS – I didn’t include quantities because it’s really up to you – this way you can play with it depending on how many people you’re serving and what your favorite ingredients in it are. I would recommend doing half as much apple as cabbage though just so it doesn’t get too sweet.
